Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Timbero mobile application ("App") operated by Timber tech, MB (registration number: 307628092).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Important: Timbero is a calculation and documentation tool only. We provide no professional forestry, legal, or accounting advice. We do not verify data accuracy, document legality, or forestry compliance. You are solely responsible for all data, calculations, and legal compliance.

Timbero is a timber volume calculation and documentation tool for Lithuanian forestry operations. The App is in early demo version - all features are currently free. Functionality may change without notice. Some features may become premium-only in the future.
Account registration
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Take responsibility for all activities under your account
You are solely responsible for your password. We are not liable for losses from your failure to protect credentials.
Acceptable use
4.1. Permitted Use
Use the App for lawful timber industry operations: tracking loads, calculating volumes, generating documentation, managing operational data.
4.2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Illegal Activities:
Violate any laws or regulations
Use the App for illegal logging or timber trafficking
Generate fraudulent or misleading documentation
Upload forged licenses, certificates, or permits
Evade taxes or forestry fees
False Information:
Enter false or fraudulent data
Manipulate calculations to misrepresent volumes
Create fake waybills
Upload documents you lack legal rights to use
System Abuse:
Access other users' accounts or data
Reverse engineer or hack the App
Introduce viruses or malware
Overload or disrupt our infrastructure
Bypass security measures
Consequences: Violation may result in immediate account termination, data deletion, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
User content and responsabilities
5.1. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data and files you enter. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content within the App. This license terminates when you delete your data or account.
5.2 Data Accuracy and Legality
You are solely responsible for:
Accuracy of all data you enter
Legality of uploaded documents (licenses, certificates)
Compliance with Lithuanian forestry regulations
Validity of licenses and FSC certificates
We do not verify, monitor, or audit your data. We do not validate licenses, certificates, timber volumes, or compliance with regulations. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
5.3 Document Sharing
When you share generated PDF documents using your device's sharing features, you are responsible for controlling who receives them. We are not liable for unauthorized use after you share them.
Calculation disclaimer
6.1. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Timber volume calculations are based on official Lithuanian timber volume tables (for individual logs), user-provided coefficients (for stacks), and user-entered values (for direct volume).
We do not guarantee calculations are accurate, up-to-date, or suitable for all use cases. Volume tables may not reflect the latest standards.
6.2 User Verification Required
You must verify all calculations independently before generating official documentation, conducting commercial transactions, or submitting to regulatory authorities.
6.3 No Liability
We are not liable for financial losses, regulatory fines, rejected documentation, commercial disputes, tax issues, or any discrepancies arising from calculation errors. You accept full responsibility for verifying all calculations.
No proffesional advice
Timbero is a software tool and does not provide professional forestry advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or certification services. The App does not replace professional timber measurers, licensed forestry consultants, legal counsel, or certified accountants.
8. Generated documents
The App generates PDF waybills from your provided data. These documents are informational tools only.
We do not guarantee they meet all legal requirements for cargo documentation, are accepted by regulatory authorities, comply with specific buyer/carrier requirements, or replace official government-issued permits.
Intellectual property
All rights in the App (software code, design, logos, trademarks, volume tables) remain our exclusive property or are used under license.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute the App.
10. Pricing
The App is currently free to use (early demo version).
We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If introduced, existing users receive 7 days advance notice, may continue using free features, and face no retroactive charges.
Termination
11.1. Your Right to Terminate
Delete your account anytime: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Effect:
Account access terminates immediately
All data permanently deleted immediately
No refunds for any future paid services (if applicable)
11.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, harm the Service or other users, or if required by law.
Disclaimers and limitations of liability
12.1 Service Provided As-Is
The App is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
12.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; loss of data; regulatory fines; or third-party claims arising from your use.
Maximum liability: If law does not allow exclusion of liability, our total liability is limited to €100.
12.3 Technical Issues
We are not liable for device compatibility issues, internet connectivity problems, OS updates, device failures, or third-party service disruptions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Timber tech, MB and its officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or any law, your content, or infringement of third-party rights.
Updates and modifications
14.1 App Updates
We may update the App anytime to fix bugs, add features, comply with legal requirements, or enhance security. Updates may be automatic.
14.2 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting updates in the App or sending email notification (for material changes). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Timber tech, MB.
Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.
